The visual decision advantage

Every image has context.
Every decision has consequences.

Connect the two
Circuitry.ai Visual Decision Intelligence: authenticity assessment, damage detection, comparison of complaint, cause, and correction, and scored recommendations for warranty, OEM, and field inspection decisions.

Visual findings become part of the decision: assess authenticity signals, detect visible damage, compare complaint, cause, and correction, then score and recommend an action.

SMS / EMAIL → CAMERA → EVIDENCE

The right evidence, at the source

Send a link.
Bring the field into focus.

Start from a claim, work order, support case, or return. Send a contextual capture link by SMS/text or email so a technician, dealer, inspector, or customer can provide the evidence the decision requires.

  • Define exactly what to capture. Configure views, close-ups, labels, short videos, questions, and required steps by product, failure, or transaction.
  • Identify the asset with OCR. Extract a VIN, serial number, model, or part number from visible labels; cross-check it against the asset record and flag uncertain matches.
  • Keep the transaction context. Associate the evidence with the correct repair, claim, part, or case, and request another view when information is missing.

Use compatible camera-enabled phones, tablets, or computers. Connect other vision devices through supported integrations; capture options depend on device, browser, connectivity, and permissions.

Powered by Service Decision Intelligence

Vision is an input.
The service outcome is the goal.

Circuitry.ai connects what the camera sees with what your business knows—then applies decision models and specialized AI Workers to determine what should happen next.

01 / CONTEXT

Proprietary data

Images, video, OCR, product knowledge, repair history, claim details, and inspection reports.

What happened, and to which asset?
02 / REASONING

Decision models

Evaluate visible condition alongside coverage, repair procedures, parts fitment, and business rules.

What does the evidence support?
03 / EXECUTION

Specialized AI Workers

Advisors guide. Analysts evaluate. Agents request information and carry out authorized actions.

Who or what should act?
04 / OUTCOMES

Autonomous Journeys

Resolve, repair, review, authorize, return, or escalate through connected enterprise systems.

Did the decision achieve the outcome?
Continuous improvement: verified outcomes and expert feedback inform model evaluation, refinement, and controlled release.

your teams need to decide.

Select a use case to see how captured evidence connects to the next action.

SERVICE & SUPPORT

Resolve remotely. Dispatch with context.

See the product condition, control-panel message, setup, or visible symptom. Combine that evidence with approved service knowledge to guide the next diagnostic step and determine when field support is needed.

Explore Field Decision Intelligence
Capture
Asset label, product overview, error display, and a short symptom video.
Decide & act
Guide a safe remote check, request more evidence, or dispatch with the likely issue, skill needs, and candidate parts.
Measure
Remote resolution, avoidable visits, first-time fix rate.
INSPECTION & VALIDATION

Inspect the issue before the next visit.

Use Virtual Inspector to define the views and evidence required for a service decision. Review captured condition, identifiers, and available provenance signals without automatically requiring a physical inspection.

Measure
Inspection turnaround, evidence completeness, inspection cost.
WARRANTY & CLAIMS

Connect visible failure to claim eligibility.

Evaluate what the photos and video support alongside complaint, cause, correction, coverage, repair history, parts, and labor. Give the reviewer a more complete basis for the claim decision.

RETURNS & PARTS ANALYSIS

Know what to return—and why.

Assess visible condition before a shipment and preserve the evidence through receiving and inspection. Combine the findings with return policy, supplier terms, economics, and test requirements.

QUALITY & ENGINEERING

Turn isolated observations into a quality signal.

Structure recurring visual patterns and relate them to models, serial ranges, components, suppliers, and service history. Give engineering a searchable evidence base for investigation.

See the visual evidence layer

Measure the decision, not the image count

Make the value visible.

Establish a baseline for one product line or service journey, then measure the effect on cost, speed, and decision quality.

Why Circuitry.ai

Built into the decisions
that run service.

A shared visual intelligence capability across your service organization, grounded in deep service and warranty domain knowledge.

Connected decisions.
Better economics.

Direct integration with service, parts, support, and warranty decisions reduces handoffs between capture tools, reviewers, and transaction systems.

A more cost-effective path to visual intelligence: reuse one decision layer across journeys and align the business case to cost per resolved service event.

Production experience.
Continuous improvement.

Circuitry.ai is already processing millions of claims with photo, video, and inspection evidence.

Improve decision models with reviewed findings, expert corrections, and actual outcomes. Keep existing inspection providers where they add value, and connect their evidence to the same decision process.

Evidence you can review

Preserve the source evidence, available capture metadata, analysis, and decision rationale. Flag duplicate or inconsistent evidence for review.

Autonomy you control

Set thresholds by risk, value, and confidence. Route uncertainty and conflicting evidence to an authorized expert.

Data you govern

Keep customer data segregated and retain control of access and use. Explore our Trust Center →

Questions OEM leaders ask

Designed for
real service work.

How is this different from visual capture or remote support software?

Visual capture and remote assistance are valuable parts of the process. Circuitry.ai adds a common decision model across the service lifecycle: combine visual findings with coverage, parts, labor, history, and business context, then recommend or execute the next authorized action.

Can we define different evidence requirements for each transaction?

Yes. Define the required images, videos, identifiers, and questions for a product, claim category, failure, or return. Send the request from the transaction and use missing or uncertain findings to guide follow-up.

Can OCR identify VINs, serial numbers, and models?

OCR extracts visible identifiers from labels or plates. Use product records and transaction context to validate the result; request a clearer image or human confirmation for incomplete, obscured, or conflicting identifiers. A visual resemblance alone does not establish parts compatibility.

How does Circuitry.ai assess evidence trust?

Use capture controls, available metadata, and consistency checks to flag questionable evidence. Third-party inspection and provenance signals can also inform review. Authenticity signals and confidence support the decision; they do not guarantee that media is genuine or that a diagnosis is correct.

Will this work with our existing service and claims systems?

Connect evidence requests, findings, and decisions to your CRM, FSM, DMS, ERP, claims, parts, or quality systems through supported integrations. Start with a defined transaction and agree the required read/write actions, data mapping, and review steps.
